We’re curating a powerful eBook to honor Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month, and we’re inviting men from all walks of life to share their real, raw, and resilient stories. Whether you’re still navigating the ups and downs or you’ve found peace after the storm, your voice can help break the stigma and inspire healing.
What We’re Looking For:
- Honest, heartfelt stories (500–1,000 words)
- Stories of struggle, healing, and resilience
- Reflections on masculinity, vulnerability, identity, and hope
- Insights or lessons learned from therapy, loss, relationships, or growth
Before You Submit, Consider These Questions:
- What impact has your mental health journey had on your personal growth, relationships, or sense of identity?
- Are you comfortable being vulnerable and honest about your experiences, even the difficult parts?
- What message or takeaway do you want readers to gain from your story?
- How have you navigated stigma or silence around men’s mental health, and what helped you push through?
- Do you feel emotionally prepared to revisit and possibly relive parts of your mental health journey through writing?

- Send your story to Men’s Mental Health no later than Saturday, May 31, 2025
- Include your name, age (optional), and a short 2–3 sentence bio
- Attach a headshot (optional) if you’d like to be featured with your story
